The One Year Program is the ultimate commitment to your health. •Must be existing Personal Training client* •Personal Training 3 times a week with a personalized training split •Unlimited classes included (attendance required) •Quarterly body composition assessments •Health tracking and summary analysis utilizing daily step tracking, food logging, and water tracking (all tracked by client and required) •Nutrition Coaching and guidance based on goals and tracked data •Group training sessions with other program members •Tailored workouts, including circuits and Tabata •Discounted access and priority for monthly Body Blast and 2 yearly 6-Week Challenges (attendance required) •Tailored for short-term and long-term goals •Includes training flexibility for travel, schedules, and injuries •First access to new programs, classes, specialty training, merchandise, and other perks!
