Corso Yoga is a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class that offers a calm and relaxing environment for all levels. This class allows you to alleviate tension and stiffness through breathwork, meditation, and movement through asana. Come practice with us and work on your balance, strength, and self confidence.
Corso HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a 30-minute class that will get you sweating! This cardio class uses body weight exercises for a full body workout in a short amount of time. Each interval is 30 seconds on, and 10 seconds off, using a variety of moves. Come challenge yourself and get fit!
Bring your energy and challenge yourself in our monthly battle rope class. Battle ropes consists of a turn based intense cardio exercise while cheering each other on. Each round varies in the style of exercise and lasts approximately 1 minute each.
Core Strength is a 45-minute class designed to work your core muscles for a healthy and toned body. The mix of standing and floor exercises give a variety of movement while focusing on form and muscle isolation. This class is great for all fitness levels.
Cardio Crush will get your heart pumping using upbeat aerobic moves. The class can be done in high or low impact to accommodate all levels. Come get in shape with this fun 45-minute workout!
Corso Power is a 45-minute class designed to work your lower body and improve your balance. This class combines standing, barre, and mat exercises to target your legs and glutes. Corso Power is a perfect class for all fitness levels.
Corso Sculpt is a 45-minute class provides a full body workout! The use of free weights and body weight exercises sculpt your body and build toned muscles. This class is a perfect intermediary between the Body Blast and 6 Week Challenges. All fitness levels are welcome.
