Corso HIIT

Corso HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a 30-minute class that will get you sweating! This cardio class uses body weight exercises for a full body workout in a short amount of time. Each interval is 30 seconds on, and 10 seconds off, using a variety of moves. Come challenge yourself and get fit!

Core Strength

Core Strength is a 45-minute class designed to work your core muscles for a healthy and toned body. The mix of standing and floor exercises give a variety of movement while focusing on form and muscle isolation. This class is great for all fitness levels.

Cardio Crush

Cardio Crush will get your heart pumping using upbeat aerobic moves. The class can be done in high or low impact to accommodate all levels. Come get in shape with this fun 45-minute workout! 

Corso Power

Corso Power is a 45-minute class designed to work your lower body and improve your balance.  This class combines standing, barre, and mat exercises to target your legs and glutes.  Corso Power is a perfect class for all fitness levels.  

Corso Sculpt

Corso Sculpt is a 45-minute class provides a full body workout! The use of free weights and body weight exercises sculpt your body and build toned muscles. This class is a perfect intermediary between the Body Blast and 6 Week Challenges. All fitness levels are welcome.

Class is canceled during the Body Blast and 6 Week Challenge. 

Body Blast

Challenge yourself with our monthly fitness Body Blast! Tone every major muscle group in one hour and increase balance, flexibility and muscular endurance! Every month we offer new exercises to tone, sculpt and blast your body head to toe! We encourage everyone to join us for this one-hour fitness workshop no matter your fitness level! Utilizing floor moves and standing exercises, we will work all the major muscles while getting cardio too! At Corso Fitness, we aim to help everyone increase their fitness levels while having a great time!

Six Week Challenge

The 6 Week Challenge is hosted every summer and winter of the year.  It lasts six weeks and each week will be a new set of fun and exciting classes.  The Challenge is held Tuesdays and Saturdays for the six weeks.  These classes are designed for all levels of fitness! The goal is to provide a positive environment with like-minded people to help get you moving and reach your goals. Each class is one hour in length.
