Battle Ropes

Cardio Crush

Corso Power

Body Blast

Revitalize your fitness routine with our Monthly Body Blast Challenge. In just one hour, tone every major muscle group, boost balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Our sessions feature new and unique exercises each month, sculpting and blasting your body from head to toe. Open to all fitness levels, the workshop incorporates Ballet Barre, Dumbbells, Bands, and Small Yoga Balls, ensuring a diverse and effective full-body workout. Join us for an invigorating experience and discover the transformative power of the Body Blast!

Six Week Challenge

Embark on the Six-Week Challenge, diving into a dynamic journey with increasingly challenging classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Tailor your attendance to fit your schedule, set a personal goal at the onset, and progress through diverse exercises, from bodyweight workouts to weighted HIIT, in a positive, motivating environment. Achieve your goals with our community support!

Classes run on Tuesdays (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:30 AM - 9:30 AM). Please note, Corso HIIT and Corso Sculpt are canceled during this period.
